Whether you're a new or "seasoned" cook, you'll enjoy discovering our 

handcrafted herb & spice blends.

We currently offer 80 ~ from All-Purpose to Zahtar. 

Many of our blends now have "Tahoe" in there name, 

same fresh ingredients, same great flavor!

Our spice blends consist of the finest herbs and spices available and are handcrafted in small quantities to ensure a fresh product. Because we grind with smaller machines from time to time you may find a peppercorn or two that didn't get completely ground. We think it's a small price to pay, hope you do too!



No additives, preservatives, or MSG is used. All the blends 

are gluten and soy free. Blends that contain brown sugar 

have a natural anti-caking agent made from rice called 

Nu-Flow®. All ingredients are listed. Volume varies.

The whole idea behind mixing a bunch of herbs and spices together to make "spice blends" is summed up with this statement from a longtime customer from South Lake Tahoe, we couldn't agree more. In fact we hear this all the time!

All-Purpose to Greek Spice on this page

Tahoe All-Purpose Salt-free**​

Use in or on every savory food you can think of! Add to olive oil for bread dipping, to butter before roasting fish, sprinkle on a green salad, even your morning eggs. Great in chicken or beef burgers, sprinkle on popcorn.

Ingredients: onion, thyme, oregano, red bell pepper flakes, orange peel, chives, black pepper, garlic, savory, sage, marjoram, coriander, cumin, rosemary, lemon peel, celery seed, yellow mustard seed, cayenne pepper, citric acid

B-B-Q Smoked Texas Rub

A nice smoky flavor without having to purchase a smoker! Combine with olive oil to make a smoky dip for vegetables or dressing on a Southwestern corn salad.

B-B-Q Hog Wild Style**

Although the name implies you should use this blend on pork don't limit this great tasting blend just on the hogs! It's also great in the making of sausage patties, in hamburgers and rubbed on chicken before grilling.

Cajun / Blackening Spice

A traditional Cajun County Blend of heat and a hint of sweet. Use in the making of sausage, jambalaya's and eteouflee's. Rub onto salmon or chicken and cook/grill over high heat to form a "blackened" crust.

Chili ~ Coffee ~ Cocoa

A unique blend that combines three different taste profiles. Use it to dust meat and seafood. It's especially good on salmon.

Egyptian (Schwarma)**

Ingredients:allspice, black pepper, cinnamon, cumin, nutmeg, coriander

Egyptian (Dukkah)

Mix with a little oil and rub over salmon and other white fish , makes a delicious crust when pan seared and finished cooking in the oven.
